Linda Martileno-Newton

She was born in England, at the age of six months, whisked away to America. Jumping from state to state over the period of twenty-four years, as the journeys
of a military family. This journey influenced her skills later in life as a Free Lance Artist, Photographer & Garden Designer.

After graduating from the Ringling School of Arts, in Sarasota, Florida, her major; Graphic Design & Photography, she discovers the Horticulture magazine and
ponders… “was the right major pursued?” Art or Hort study… will both lead her into a variety of exciting paths and expressions.

She is currently a member of the Tulsa Garden Club, the Tulsa Rose Society, Northeast District of Ok Garden Clubs, Oklahoma Garden Clubs and National
Garden Clubs, past member of the Tulsa Perennial Club, Bring Back the Roses of Broken Arrow and the OSU Tulsa Master Gardeners. Member of the National
Wildlife Federation and the Monarch Waystation. Her garden, “The Isaiah 35 Gardens” feature many Inspirational themes, including three ponds, three
fountains and seven arbors – each having a name to a themed garden area. The Cedar of Lebanon Arbor creates focal points for private, secluded retreats,
weddings and various gatherings here.

Garden Inspiration and Design, Event Planning and Decorating, Ministry and Missions… keep her creative flair ablaze. Her photography lends to create
Graphics, Power Point presentations & Advertising, along with historical, documentary, ministry, events and the Celebrations of Life.

The Camera extends expression of the Artist’s Eye & Passion to inspire others.
