Ellen Weatherholt

Ellen Weatherholt is a dedicated Tulsa horticulturist. With two decades of garden experience, Ellen has worked in the residential and commercial landscaping industries, and at several Botanic Gardens in the US. Ellen holds a Masters in Public Garden Leadership from Cornell University, a Bachelors of Science in Horticulture from Oklahoma State University, and an Associate in Science from Cottey College. She loves helping folks discover the joy of growing their own plants, flowers, and vegetables and enjoys leading horticulture workshops. Her home garden is filled with peonies, hellebores, and unusual plants, trailing all for cut flower potential. Her most recent venture is Posegate Farms, a peony and perennial cut flower farm in Tulsa, OK. 2023 will be the first full year of cut flower production at Posegate Farms.
